Crap hole ,in a good location with friendly staff, I've stayed in much better low end hostels at much less money , very overpric

Very low end, my fault should have booked myself not with an agent , have learned my lesson, if it was a £10 a night hostel then would have been accepted , lovely staff but no disguising the fact it is one step away from being a hovel, but the location is very good for the MRT which is just across the road , but that's it's only plus along with the very kind and friendly staff

I didn't know rooms could be this small. The bed was literally next to the shower which was filled with mould. As there are no windows we could smell the mould all night. There were dirty tissues under the bed, hairballs in the shower, stains on the bedding and mould in the fridge to name a few things. There was hammering going on but not sure what they were doing. Only positive is the staff were lovely

This hotel barely rates as a hostel level of accommodation, yes the location is central but that’s it, tired, cramped, dingy and over priced is just the start, there’s a new build going on next door which means noise sunrise to sunset every day. Everything is beyond its shelf life and the place could do with being redeveloped like the building site next door…avoid to ensure you don’t get duped into a substandard location

Don’t be tempted book it. When you see reception it sums it up. Cramp, grubby, cluttered and unwelcoming. Worst of all,adjoining it is a building site, banging and hammering all day long from 8am. I believe they try to keep it clean, but it’s like a very tired 1980s second bedroom, with wallpaper peeling off wall and bed is crammed into very small space with NO room on either side. Get in from the bottom! Really don’t book it, you’ll regret it. And I haven’t even mentioned how really shoddy breakfast was.

Traveling with a family of four with college kids. Tried to stay one night after a Thailand/Malaysia cruise. NOTE: This is not a 3 star hotel, however is one of the few hotels in Singapore to offer rooms to accommodate 4 people. PROS: Hotel is in the Clarke Quay business district next to the Clarke Quay Metro station and four blocks to the Raffles Place Metro station. Easy access to the airport and cruise terminal via metro. CONS: Moved our reservation to sister Hotel Jayleen 1918 one block away. See my previous review of Hotel Jayleen 1918. Overall, a cheap place to camp for a quick stop/layover in Singapore to accommodate 4 people in one room, however, still not worth the price and I would not stay here again.
